Not quite "business as usual" but a gradual and careful return to normal working.

It's not quite business as usual..

…but from Monday 18th May we are following the latest Government guidelines and cautiously re-starting normal operations, including preventative maintenance visits and installation of new systems.

Our staff will naturally be following government guidelines including 2m distancing and hygiene. Where possible engineers would also follow the guidance in working in well ventilated room and in isolation (in the room on their own or in an area separated from others).

Each engineer will carry appropriate PPE including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes, and in addition avoid touching anything in the household or business premises that is not absolutely necessary. 

Customers are under no obligation to resume preventative maintenance visits at this time, but will be contacted where these are due (or overdue because of the hiatus) and given the option to have the regular test carried out if they choose.
